Due to the nature of the services, we provide, which often involve significant upfront work, government fees, and the immediate commencement of expert services, our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting these realities.
2. Services Covered
This policy applies to all online services offered by StartFilings –Aion Business Corporate Pvt Ltd, including but not limited to:

3. Non-Refundable Items/Services
The following services and fees are generally non-refundable once initiated or incurred:

Government Fees, Stamp Duties, and Third-Party Charges: Any fees paid to government bodies (e.g., Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Income Tax Department, GST Department), stamp duties, or charges paid to third-party vendors on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted or incurred. This includes, but is not limited to, name approval fees, incorporation fees, DSC charges, etc.

Services Already Rendered or Substantially Initiated: If our team has already commenced work on your service request, performed significant research, prepared documents, or submitted applications, the fees associated with that work are non-refundable. This includes time spent by our professionals, even if the process is not yet complete.

Digital Signatures (DSCs) and Director Identification Numbers (DINs): Once applied for and/or issued the fees for DSCs and DINs are non-refundable as they are associated with a specific individual and a government process.

Consultation Fees: Fees for one-on-one consultations, advisory sessions, or detailed expert advice are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.

Cancellation by Client After Service Commencement: If you decide to cancel a service after our team has begun processing your request, no refund will be issued for the work already performed or fees already incurred.
4. Refund Eligibility - Limited Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Service Not Initiated (Within 2-3 Hours/Days of Purchase): If you request a cancellation within 2-3 hours of purchasing a service, and provided that our team has not yet commenced any work on your file and no government/third-party fees have been paid, a refund of the service fee (excluding any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable) may be issued.

Note: For urgent services, work often begins immediately, making this window very short or non-existent.

Error on Our Part: In the rare event that a refund is due to a demonstrable error or significant oversight directly attributable to [Your Company Name] that prevents the successful completion of the service (and cannot be rectified by us), we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. This does not cover errors or incomplete information provided by the client.

Non-Approval of Government Application Due to Our Error: If a government application (e.g., company name approval, GST registration) is rejected solely due to a clear error on our part (and not due to issues with the information provided by you or government policy changes), we will re-process the application at no additional service fee. If re-processing is not feasible or desired, a partial refund of our service fee may be considered, excluding any non-refundable government fees.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund (if eligible under the above conditions), please follow these steps:

Cooperation: Clients must cooperate fully with our team by responding to queries and providing requested documents promptly. Delays caused by lack of client cooperation will not be grounds for a refund.
